Join Hellenic vACC

Thank you for wanting to join Hellenic vACC! We are a Sub-Division of VATSIM Network, and are proud to offer excellent virtual ATC Service on the network. We are always looking for new recruits!

To become a member of Hellenic vACC, you need to set up your VATSIM account correctly.

Please read through these steps thoroughly as most issues are resolved by double-checking these steps:

1. Double check your assigned Region, Division and Subdivision at myVATSIM. It should display "Europe, Middle East and Africa - Europe (except UK) – Hellenic".
   • If your region is not "Europe, Middle East and Africa", go to step 2
   • If your division is not "Europe (except UK)", go to step 3
   • If you do not own a VATSIM account, please sign up for one first and re-do step 1.
   • If none of the options above apply, go to step 4
2. You are currently not associated with the correct region or division. Please file a transfer request through myVATSIM profile page. Request "Europe, Middle East and Africa" as region, and "Europe (except UK)" as division.
   • After you've filed the request, please wait until your transfer is confirmed. When the transfer is confirmed, you need to join Hellenic vACC subdivision. Go to step 4.
3. You are currently in the correct region, but not division. To transfer divisions within the same region, you need to reach out to your division membership department and ask for a transfer. Each division might have different procedures here, please search up your division and find the correct way to do so.
   • After you've filed the request, please wait until your transfer is confirmed. When the transfer is confirmed, you need to join Hellenic vACC subdivision. Go to step 4.
4. You're getting close now, you belong to the correct region and division. You are only missing the subdivision.
   • If your myVATSIM says "Europe, Middle East and Africa - Europe (except UK) – Hellenic", you seem to be all set already. Go to step 5.
   • If your myVATSIM says "Europe, Middle East and Africa - Europe (except UK)", but lacking  Hellenic – you need to request a subdivision transfer at VATEUD division. After confirmation of transfer is received, go to step 5.
   • If your myVATSIM says anything else than the options above, you've missed a step. Go to step 1.
5. Congratulations! You're now a member of Hellenic vACC!
   • Please allow our systems up to 24 hours to update your new membership status.
   • If you wish, you'll now be able to apply for ATC training at our training system Training System
