Join Hellenic vACC on VATSIM
Follow the steps to become an official member of Hellenic vACC.
Thank you for wanting to join Hellenic vACC. We are a Sub-Division of the VATSIM Network, and we are proud to offer excellent virtual ATC service on the network. We are always looking for new recruits.
To become a member of Hellenic vACC, you need to set up your VATSIM account correctly. Please read through these steps carefully, as most membership issues are resolved by double-checking your region, division, and subdivision settings.

01Check myVATSIM
Verify your current assigned region, division, and subdivision.
02Transfer Region
Request the correct region and division if your profile is not aligned.
03Coordinate Division
If needed, contact your current division for transfer procedures.
04Join Hellenic
Request the Hellenic subdivision assignment through VATEUD.
05Start Training
Once synced, apply for ATC training through the Control Center.
Detailed joining steps
Follow the steps in order based on your current VATSIM profile status.
Verify Current Status on myVATSIMDouble-check your currently assigned Region, Division and Subdivision at myVATSIM. Your profile should display: Europe, Middle East and Africa - Europe (except UK) - Hellenic.
- If your region is not Europe, Middle East and Africa, go to Step 2.
- If your division is not Europe (except UK), go to Step 3.
- If you do not own a VATSIM account, please sign up for one first and re-do Step 1.
- If none of the options above apply and everything looks correct, go directly to Step 4.
Region & Division Transfer RequestIf you are not associated with the correct region or division, please file an official transfer request through your myVATSIM profile page.
Select Europe, Middle East and Africa as your region and Europe (except UK) as your division. After the request is confirmed, proceed to join the Hellenic vACC subdivision via Step 4.
Inter-Division Transfer CoordinationIf you are currently assigned to the correct region but the wrong division, you need to contact your current division membership department and request a division transfer.
Each division may maintain slightly different administrative procedures. Please search your current division portal to find the correct submission channel. Once your transfer is formally confirmed, proceed to join the Hellenic vACC subdivision via Step 4.
Subdivision Assignment via VATEUDIf you belong to the correct region and division but are only missing the specific subdivision assignment, you must complete the Hellenic subdivision request.
- If your profile already states Europe, Middle East and Africa - Europe (except UK) - Hellenic, you are set. Proceed to Step 5.
- If your profile states Europe, Middle East and Africa - Europe (except UK) but lacks the Hellenic tag, request a subdivision transfer at the VATEUD division portal. Once confirmed, move to Step 5.
- If your profile status displays anything else, please re-verify from Step 1.

Please allow our core database systems up to 24 hours to fully sync and update your new membership status across all local platforms.
If you wish to control, you are now cleared to apply for ATC training at our dedicated Training System.

After your membership sync is complete, use the Control Center to submit or monitor your ATC training request.
